Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically, depending upon the delivery destination at checkout. All customers of Carte Nouveau will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number when contacting us with any concerns.  All orders will be processed speedily. Please read about our operational hours.

Product Stock

We only sell items that we have in stock. We do not backorder.  It should be clearly noted on our web site if any item is out of stock at the time of your order. 

Delivery

We use Australia Post & Australia Post Express, which you can select upon checkout. Products shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Carte Nouveau will ship to all areas of;

• New Zealand
• South Africa
• United States of America

International Taxes & Custom Charges

Carte Nouveau has no control over customs charges and clearance times where that is required by law. Further, these costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the advertised purchase price of the item on our web site.

Please understand that we will make a good faith effort to ensure that your order is delivered expeditiously. However, occasionally, some delays may occur from events outside our control such as, but not limited to, civil actions, customs clearance and/ or issues within the carrier company. In any event, we will not be liable for any expenses or damages incurred due to a delay in delivery.
