CARTE NOUVEAU represents the culmination of a desire to perform a mitzvah for the Jewish community in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our conviction is that Jews should be able to celebrate holidays and simchas using paper and accessories which reflect our culture and respect our heritage. We will endeavor to provide you with a wide array of wrapping papers and products that are beautiful, joyful, and relevant;  coupled with customer service that exceeds your expectations.

OBSERVANCE POLICY and OPERATION TIMES

We believe life-balance is important and to that end, we will have non operational periods in order that we and our employees can observe holidays, rest and reconnect with families.

You are very welcome to place an order at a time that is convenient for you, however the order will not be processed until our return to operation. Please keep this in mind when opting for express mail service. Or if you have a simcha that will occur during one of the following periods of non operation. Place your order well ahead of time.

Orders for Purim should be place prior of December 24th.

Please note the following non operational periods. We do not process orders on Shabbat or National Holidays.

High Holidays Sept 24, 2008 - Oct 10, 2008

December 24th, 2008  - January 2nd, 2009

Passover April 9 - April 17, 2009

June 25 - July 20, 2009

Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur  - September 19th -September 29th, 2009
